I'm Emma, an accredited therapist since 2012, providing confidentiality, warmth, empathy, respect and a place to reflect, gain clarity and raise self-awareness so that you can consider and if you wish, embrace the changes you might want to make to your life or situation.
During therapy, you will find a relaxed, safe and confidential environment. We can explore together; where you are, discover the changes you would like to make and look at how you can put the foundations into place, to make those changes real.
You may have already gone through some significant changes and could be feeling overwhelmed.
I can help and encourage you to discover a better sense of well-being.
You will be heard, without being judged. We will work together, side by side. I won't push or pull you, instead we will work together (with you in charge by the way) exploring via the scenic route or the super highway, it's either or, because we go at your pace.
I hold the mirror up as I continually reflect back at you, as we focus on your feelings and emotions in any situation.
The beauty of this is that you hear your own voice, which is where empowerment sits because the power lies in you.
