You are important.

Are you feeling the pressures of life?

Perhaps you need support and understanding with the anxieties that life often brings.

It can be incredibly tough; feeling as though you’re on your own, or that those around you don’t understand.

Maybe you don’t want to share your thoughts and feelings with those closest to you…

During therapy, you will find a relaxed, safe and confidential environment. We can explore together; where you are, discover the changes you would like to make and look at how you can put the foundations into place, to make those changes real.

You may have already gone through some significant changes and could be feeling overwhelmed.

I can help and encourage you to discover a better sense of well-being.
You will be heard, without being judged.

Often during your first session you will wonder what to bring. Just bring yourself – that’s all you will need.

I will listen to you, offer confidentiality, respect, empathy and warmth. I am with you in the session, not leading you, but by your side. Together we will explore while you find your way towards improved well-being.

I won’t judge you, I might gently challenge you to help you to move and grow. You will have my support and trust in our therapeutic relationship.

Sessions can be arranged at a time to suit you – daytime, evenings or weekends.
